As a member of the public, you can also register on CUSPER, enabling you to report any suspicious activities and unscheduled power outages (UPO) directly to our control room, informing the responsible entity (infrastructure custodian). Registered users will be able to see feedback on reported cases on their profiles. User information will not be shared with any third party.

The reporting process, once registered, is very simple and can be done with just one click.
